I’m always intrigued how brands approach the experience mapping for taking a user or customer from buying the product to full setup. I recently opened a FitBit Force for fitness tracking and here you can see screenshots of the experience. I noticed a few flaws in the experience, 1 important one being that I didn’t see any prompt for a user to install their mobile app. With the proliferation of mobile these days I feel like this is something that should definitely be baked into their first time experience.
